are looking for an Operations Finance Senior Analyst to join their team.
This position is within the financial organization supporting manufacturing operations. In this role, you will have significant exposure to senior management. The company encourages rotations into progressive finance roles within the company every 18-36 months. Responsibilities include:


1) Prepare metrics reporting for Manufacturing Operations and Finance management


2) Support development of budgets and long-term forecasts


3) Prepare analyses of month-end and quarterly financial actual results versus plan. Investigate and explain significant variances


4) Perform financial analysis related to inventory losses, operations costs, cost reduction initiatives and other special requests

REQUIREMENTS:

* Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business

* 4-10 years of progressive financial planning and analysis experience

* Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. Experience with SAP a plus

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills. Team player, high desire to be successful and progress to a management position with in the next 2-5 years
