Business Development Specialist
Job Description:The Business Development Specialist will manage key business relationships with high-level contacts within the Business Planning industry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about growing the business and should be accustomed to dealing with key decision makers.
The candidate must have a strong entrepreneurial drive and the ability to work without direct supervision. An understanding of business planning and capital raising is a must as well as very strong business development and negotiation skills. The candidate must also have strong strategic planning, financial analysis, presentation, and communication skills and business development experience.
Educational Requirements:Masters of Business Administration and/or 5-7 years of demonstrated business development experience in a related field.
Financial Modeler
Job Description:We are looking for an experienced financial modeler and business analyst to work on and develop financial models. Responsible for preparing consolidated financial statements with supporting schedules, budget compilation and reporting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, account reconciliations and account analyses. Experience in financial modeling for a variety of businesses in all stages is a must.
The candidate must demonstrate a high level of technical competency in financial analysis and modeling, have outstanding numerical and communication skills and enjoy a challenging and rewarding work environment.
Educational Requirements:Masters of Business Administration, Math or Finance with relevant work experience from a research, finance, property or accounting environment.
Administrative Assistant
Job Description:Schedules appointments, prepares correspondence, compiles agendas, screens calls and visitors, coordinates travel arrangements and processes expense reports. Additional responsibilities include: coordinating both internal and external meetings, maintaining calendars and filing, and organization of other critical documents.
Works collaboratively with supervisor and team leads to ensure that seamless back-up support is provided to the professionals. Identifies opportunities to improve and streamline the quality and efficiency of work and aid management in the implementation of organizational change.
Educational Requirements:Executive or senior level administrative /project management experience in a business environment
Strong customer service, interpersonal, leadership skills
Self-directed and able to perform assignments independently; demonstrates a pro-active approach and is flexible with change
Advanced knowledge of technical applications
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
