Working with business departments, drive process improvement through seeking out and identifying opportunities and business process definition by defining and documenting processes and procedures. Assess and document training needs, communicate existence of new process. Document business processes, training procedures, standard operating procedures, project status, etc. Acts as a liaison to other FA divisions to define business processes and/or generate, update and create various products and services. Supporting production operations.

• Liaison between the business users and technical teams for gathering and validating business requirements
• Documenting processes and data flows.
• Develop and Perform test cases.
• Supporting with production operations.
• Gathers information on business process and procedures.
• Receives/identifies problem or process, researches alternatives, contributes to presentations, tests to confirm, and participates in implementing solutions for defined business processes.
• Assists in creating documentation of business processes, training procedures, and standard operating procedures.
• Generate standard reports.
Job Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 years experiences in Insurance Industry. Homeowner or Auto insurance background is a plus.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Standard MS skill set.
