The Marshall MBA.PM Program consists of two parts - the Core and the Electives - and has been designed with an emphasis on the following:

Course sequencing and creative delivery enhance both knowledge and skill development, especially communication and teamwork.
Relationships among courses are strengthened for greater integration across disciplinary areas.
Students benefit from the most advanced knowledge, combined with a real-world orientation.

The Core
You begin the program by developing a strong foundation in the major business disciplines through a carefully sequenced, comprehensive schedule of core courses:

The Electives
Once you have mastered the MBA basics in the Core, you move on to electives. The Marshall School has designed concentrations to guide students toward the courses that will best prepare them for their chosen fields:

You can select your elective units based on one of these concentrations, or you can design your own unique program of study, selecting courses from both Marshall and other schools within the university. Students typically take two elective courses each semester and complete the entire Marshall MBA.PM Program in 33 months.
