Telemarketer Appointment Setter
Nelson is currently seeking a Part-Time Telemarketer/Appointment Setter for an IT Solutions company in Irvine. The Telemarketer must be able to qualify cold and warm leads and will work to schedule appointments for the sales team. Recent experience and success in a heavy volume Telemarketing or Call Center environment required.
Duties:
· Make heavy volume outbound calls to target prospects to promote the services
· Follow up and qualify new leads and inquiries
· Effectively communicate and engage with management and decision makers at any level
· Schedule appointments and confirm event attendance with potential new customers
· Utilize Salesforce CRM to update accounts with notes on follow-up action.
· Produce periodic activity reports on telemarketing activities and results
Requirements:
· Minimum 3-5 years outbound appointment setting & cold calling experience.
· Excellent verbal, interpersonal and sales closing communication skills essential.
· Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook a must; Salesforce or CRM software skills a plus.
· Professional upbeat telephone voice, strong probing skills & persistence.
· High school diploma or GED required, some college preferred
