About the Job

 25-40 hours/week

Versadial Solutions is currently seeking a talented and energetic appointment setting specialist and assistant sales account manager.

This is a low pressure outbound appointment setting position. You will be responsible for calling telecom resellers across the United States and Canada.

Position may also include assisting current Account Managers on day-to-day activities. With potential to grow into the Regional Account Manager role.

Versadial Solutions is a call recording company looking to develop our reseller channels. The position will require some basic telephone knowledge and technical skills and understanding. Once interest and qualification is established, you will set an appointment for a sales account manager to follow up and go over details.

Requirements:
Phone Skills
Basic Sales Skills
Pleasant voice, great verbal communication
Ability to adjust and respond to questions clearly and accurately
Maintain accurate records and follow-up procedures
Create general reports on activity and success
Ability to adjust script to fit personality and get results


Expectations:
50-80 outbound calls per day.
Ability to set at least 5 appointments per day.
Ability to pick up and understand basic telephone infrastructures and call recording concepts
Professional and upbeat personality
