SALESPERSON JOB DESCRIPTION: This position is for sales driven and success minded people, with experience in telemarketing, sales, internet applications, and the ability to talk to a small business owner about their business objectives.

Our hours are Monday through Friday from 7am to 4pm. We offer a professional environment, sales training, and mentorship to get you up to speed quickly.

All of our leads are inbound and qualified

The leads we provide are VERY expensive and the top leads in quality in the industry!

Compensation: average per sale compensation is several hundred dollars per sale. The average sales person sells between 1-3 deals per day. We offer monthly residual bonuses and additional sales incentives for hitting goals. Your commission per sale is paid in full within the first week!

We provide the leads. We provide the script. We provide the training. We provide the products. We provide all of the software and training/technical support. All of our software is Internet-based.

It is very important to know that our philosophy here is not to manage our Sales people, we support and motivate them. We do however manage our leads very closely. So depending on how you are converting the leads then that is an indication as to how you are performing. Your sales performance will dictate your staying power and financial success.
